We are committed to integrate technology in Skills training which use immersive methodology to boost engagement, learning and retention. Using technology as a tool engages and involves trainees in expanding their knowledge base and in the learning process. Our multimedia content for Vocational Skills Training is NOS aligned and mapped to NSQF. Our multimedia content is innovative and distinguished because of the few key features like standardization which ensures proper student – teacher interaction in both environments and reduces the loss of training time or quality due to unavailability or poor quality of teachers. Because of its interactivity features, students grasp concepts better and are able to apply the learning. Also Teachers and Trainers undergo training and assume the role of the facilitator to ensure effective delivery of teaching.

Our learning workflow is based on the proven ADDIE Model. Using this workflow, the yield of the needs analysis is used to create industry focused, learner centric, trainer standardized learning content that has the reputation of being some of the most effective in the market today.

A standardized Content Development Strategy and Process is followed by us enabling the Teaching-Learning process to evolve from the “Chalk and Talk” method of Teaching to an “Interactive and Intrinsic Learning” method:

Target Audience Analysis : Demographic information, preferences, education levels, Language preferences and learning styles

Learning Environment/Setting Analysis : Infrastructure, technical platform and constraints of the setting

Syllabus Analysis : Scope of the Multimedia based educational content, forming a base for the Instructional Design Strategies to be developed

Pedagogical Approach : Subject Matter Experts and Education Technologists define the requisite teaching methods, technological feasibilities, medium constraints and the learning environment.

Design and Development of the Learning Solution : Designing a suitable learning solution that includes Objectives, instructional strategies, Media Selection , Graphical User Interface (GUI) and Navigation, Reinforcement Strategy and Assessment strategy

Content Development Process : A robust and well-defined content development process that ensures optimal productivity, quick turnaround time and adaptability to customer specific requirements . After the review and submission of the Need Analysis document, Instructional strategies are laid down, a Prototype and final storyboard for production of the multimedia content modules is developed which are duly tested for and installed at client location

Quality Assurance Benchmarks: We adhere to high quality assurance benchmarks during the content development process. Stringent guidelines and checklists are used to ensure quality lessons or products.

We emphasize on designing meaningful, structured and engaging learning experiences. The learning experiences teach, enhance and extend learning. Our content is enriched by giving additional information, interesting facts in a manner which makes understanding difficult concepts fun and leads to quality learning which further leads to improved learning outcomes. We also incorporate a component of on the job training while structuring our content framework
